Dent & Ding Repair can be up to 80% cheaper than traditional methods and is usually lower than insurance deductibles.
In most cases, dings and dents take only a few hours of work. You can have your car ready on the same day!
Twenty five years of work in the paint and body industry guarantees that your dent or ding removal will be performed by one of the most experienced professional in the market. Your car deserves more than a novice!
Traditional body shop methods required straightening, filling, sanding, painting, and a big bill to repair even the smallest dents. With PDR the filling, sanding, and painting are no longer necessary, and therefore the cost goes down because repair time is as much as eighty percent shorter and no materials are necessary. Also, since painting is not required, problems associated with color match are gone and there can’t be any damage from over-spray.
However, all is not perfect with this system. PDR only works on small dents and dings (about the size of a volleyball or less). Dents where the paint is damaged, dents located at the edge of a panel, or where the metal is creased or stretched cannot be fully fixed through PDR.
The theory behind PDR is that metal has a memory; where it returns to its original shape as long as it isn't bent beyond the limit of its memory. In other words, the metal has not been creased which would give it an entirely new form and a new memory.
Think about a metal drink can. Using an empty can gently push on its side until it deforms. As long as you haven’t pushed too hard you'll notice a nice soft dent in the can’s side. Next use a pencil to apply slight pressure to the inside of the can behind the dent. With very little pressure the dent will pop out and restore the original form as if nothing had ever happened.
Now do it again, but this time press hard enough to cause the side of the can to be creased. When creased the dent will mightily resist being pushed back into its original shape, the crease has given it a new memory and now it wants to stay in its new shape. This is what happens to the sheet metal on a car or truck and is what makes PDR practical or impossible.
PDR is between 95 to 100% accurate, which means most folks will never be able to tell. There are some caveats to contracting for PDR repairs on your vehicle; ask questions, be wary of the guys who use conventional methods and scams asking for a ridiculously low price.
If you think you'll do it yourself, forget it, PDR requires enormous skill and finesse. PDR, it’s not for every dent but it sure does warrant looking into.
PT cruiser left 1/4 easy access

Merces-Benz right fender

This car arrived to us with a very sharp dent that traveled over both body lines and the top of trunk, making this a much ridged area to work. The process had to move at a very slow pace in order to avoid cracking any paint. Notice that the whole trunk had to be de-trimmed for us to have proper access.
The aluminum fender had a very sharp crown, with a crease from top to bottom and over the edge. The owner said that when he took to a body shop they wanted to replace the whole fender.
If you look close the damage goes over the edge into a double walled structural area. I know if any other company tried this repair they would have drilled the door jamb area and wheel well area for access. Instead I pulled the interior for access.
Repair time was around 8 hrs. If this car had been steel the repair time would have taken 4 to 5 hrs instead.

The idea behind the “Push for Paint Repair / Ruff Out” is to give you an option on damage that is too bad to be fully restored with the Paintless Dent Repair process alone. But with the help of The Dent Devils & a mobile painter or body shop at a later date they can use a lighter coat of body filler & or just prime then block sand before painting. This helps eliminate the need to replace panels, using excess body fillers or having to blend the adjacent panels in some cases. (I’m am not worrying about cracking the paint on these jobs only reshaping the metal as it takes more time when you are not cracking the paint)
Is say you have a very deep/ stretched ding, dent or some other damage that cannot be made perfect with PDR. I can go in and take some of the ugly out of it but being more careful not to crack the paint because you are not going to have it painted but cannot afford to have a body shop or mobile painter finish or the car is just not worth putting much into.
